Regeneron- Peanut Allergy Study

We are looking for kids 6-17 years old to participate in a peanut allergy desensitization study.  

This is a 72 week study looking to see if Dupilumab in cominbination with AR101 compared to placebo improves desensitization of peanut allergin. 

Inclusion: 

  • Children 6 -17 years old
  • Experience dose-limiting symptoms at or before the challenge dose of peanut protein on screening and not experiencing dose-limiting symptoms to placebo
  • Serum Immunoglobulin E (IgE) to peanut of ≥24 kUA/L and/or a skin prick test (SPT) to peanut ≥10 mm compared to a negative control
  • Participants/caregivers must be trained on the proper use of the epinephrine autoinjector device to be allowed to enroll in the study
  • Participants with other known food allergies must agree to eliminate these other food items from their diet so as not to confound the safety and efficacy data from the study

EPITOPE - (EPIT in TOddlers with PEanut Allergy)

We are looking for children 1-3 years old to participate in a peanut allergy desensitization study.  

Your child will have a Viaskin® patch applied to his/her back daily. Your child will have clinic visits, parent completed ediary,
take pictures of back, phone calls, skin prick tests, blood draws and food challenges as a part of
this study.

There will be a total of 12 visit over the course of 14 months.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Physician-diagnosed peanut allergy or high suspicion of peanut allergy as assessed by the physician: child presenting signs, symptoms and a medical and/or a family history putting him/her at high risk of having a peanut allergy and/or history of presence of peanut-specific IgE and/or positive SPT;
  •  Subject currently following a strict peanut-free diet;
  •  Peanut-specific IgE level (ImmunoCAP system) > 0.7 kU/L;
  •  Positive peanut SPT with a largest wheal diameter ≥ 6 mm;
  • Positive DBPCFC to peanut, with symptoms meeting the challenge stopping criteria at an ED ≤ 300 mg peanut protein.

RAMSES Peanut Allergy - Oral Immunotherapy (Enrollment Complete)

We are looking for children (age 4-17yo) to participate in a study to desensitize to peanut allergy

This study duration is 6mo to 1 year, and has several visits to Banner UMC Food Allergy Research Clinic.

Enrolling people who know they have a penut allergy and have had skin or blood tests to confirm the allergy.
